How to participate

Glossary of Terms:
DoGood: DoGood is a funding and support platform for registered organisations seeking assistance from service communities, companies or individuals. (See our detailed website pages for more information).
Beneficiary: This is the charity, non-profit activity or recipient of the funds or assistance you wish to commit to support e.g. Reach for a Dream or Gardens for Africa. The organisation represents a “CAUSE”, which people identify with as something they wish to assist with some form of gift offering (Effort, Time, Talent or Treasure).
A Cause: We interpret this as a defined area of interest that the donor / sponsor (giver) has and would like to contribute something to. There are different categories e.g. Education, Animal welfare, Community Service, Community Gardens, Health and Wellness etc.
Registering a Cause / or Beneficiary: As the causes and the organisations that represent the recipients have to be accredited to be part of the DOGOOD platform. The Beneficiary must register and be accredited before they can receive any funding or other forms of support through he platform.
